Communion Circles are a new opportunity to celebrate Holy Communion with others on the grounds of Manchester UMC. Communion Circles are offered on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays at Noon beginning September 14, 2020. They typically last 30 minutes or less and all are welcome to participate.
Due to Covid-19, Communion Circles are currently limited to the first 20 persons who RSVP online for each day. RSVPs must be made at least 12 hours prior to the Communion Circle start time for planning purposes.
For safety reasons, the communion elements are pre-sealed containers containing a wafer and juice. Communion Circles are officiated by one of the pastors of Manchester UMC.
Social distancing will be practiced and participants are asked to bring a lawn chair and face mask.
